Melaniphy out as CEO of public transit group

American Public Transportation Association seeks stakeholder input for improving the group Michael Melaniphy resigned as CEO of the American Public Transportation Association April 29, three weeks after the nation's largest transit system quit the group with a scathing critique of both its value and his leadership.
